i'm not posting this on newgrounds right now because EVERYONE is posting it. so i'll wait until everyone uses up their precious newspost. but i figure i'd ask here too, because dA has a lot of programmers, too.

newgrounds has this "event" going on called Power of Three, where one artist, one programmer and one musician get three months to make a game with the theme of "three" somehow incoroporated into it. the deadline to submit an application is june 5th.

i have an idea for a musician but i really don't know any programmers. i have worked with one in the past but it was a long time ago. and i'm not good enough to make a competition-worthy game.

there will be money involved, most likely ad revenue, so the reward would be in the end. some of the ad revenue is going to a charity, but the better the game is the more views it will get. more views = more income. and NG has said they will do everything in their power to promote these games. obviously the most addictive/best games will bring in the traffic, so that's what we'll be aiming for as a team.

i have a lot of ideas and i'm willing to hear any others as well. please pm me if you're interested. i'd like to see some examples of your work, too. thanks!
