this is the view of Freetown from a girls' window from 4 different times of day. it was nice to paint because i usually only do sunsets and never other times of the day. also, this girl might be in the series, but she doesn't really have a part in the story yet. better get on that. download for full-size, i also have each city individually if anyone wants one. i'll be using these city paintings w/o the window for those breaks they put inbetween the 15-minute markers on some cartoons. i might even do a 24-hour timelapse thing in flash but time is of the essence, and i have no time or essence to be sparing

Lordie, you color the sky so perfectly for each time of day. I can just feel the city waking up and eventually settling back down for the night. I love the shapes of your buildings, too. So innovative and new, yet they retain that familiar city environment.

MAn I really dig the third one. HAHA the last one looks like the sky is smiling at ya if you take the two moon as eyes and th eower arc of the clouds as a smilie. But Good study on certain moods of the same area. Good job man
