Lilly gone. Unhappy Hisao stranded in Yamaku Amademy with equally unhappy Hanako. Akira gone. Hisao and Hanako no longer have surreptitious access to alcohol. They cannot even drown their sorrow.
Maybe Hisao should try to achieve Hanako's bad ending in the wake of Lilly's departure.
After completing both Hanako's and Lilly's routes, I thought a slight alternative arrangement might have made more sense. In Hanako's route, Lilly mentioned to Hisao and Hanako that her trip to Scotland was for a week or two only. On the other hand, in Lilly's route, Lilly makes two trips, in which the first trip is same trip in Hanako's route. I wished the authors extended Hanako's route to include Lilly's second trip. Instead, after the phone conversation between Hisao and Lilly (in Hanako's route), she is 'put on a bus' indefinitely. Why not resolve Lilly's second trip, not just in Lilly's route, but also in Hanako's route? Let Hanako and Hisao resolve their tension afterward.
If the authors were more sadistically-minded, they could have laid out a minefield in the scene where Hanako is drunk and is alone with Hisao for a moment. What if Hisao gets drunk? (In Hanako's route, Hisao, compared to Hanako and Lilly, he avoids drinking too much.) If he falls for inebriated Hanako, the next day will turn into a living nightmare once they sober up.
