i remember a few years ago when star wars clone wars 3d started as an animated movie for theaters.. and boy was it terrible.

but who would've thought that years later the models, animation, colors, rendering and story would have improved this much into such a great show?

some of you might think i'm kidding, but if you haven't seen all 3 seasons of the clone wars you are really missing out. it's a great animated series that's not afraid to take itself seriously.

ahsoka is my favorite character and is also the main character of the show. she is the apprentice of anakin and is very independent and not afraid of anything. she also has a cool design i think.

season 4 starts this fall and i can't wait :D

Personally, the first episode and the three-parter after that were the most entertaining to me. That's not to say that the rest of the series isn't amazing, thuough. I said, "entertaining," not "good/best."

i'm liking how 'thick' the (digital) paint looks on this, i dunno its a nice change up from the softer shading you've been giving your work recently. pose and lightsaber and anatomy are great

i gave the clone wars a shot but honestly i didn't like it too much. i mean it looks fucking gorgeous with some great colours and detail but i found it really boring and drab as far as stories and mostly characters go. i guess genndy's awesome mini series prior to it spoiled me a little

ahsoka's design is great though and at least anakin isnt a whiny baby like in the movies!

She looks so cute, the painting is great, I love the way you colour. The lightsaber is badass too I must say.
